Created by alumni (Amy Matthies, Deb Nilles, Samantha Nilles), this flavor was inspired by the VEISHA cherry pies and the experience of sweet corn ice cream during a study abroad trip in Belize. This flavor represents the vast teachings of the College of Human Sciences.
