Learn how to make cheese at home!
The ISU Creamery team will be hosting a queso fresco making workshop on Friday, March 20th from 12:30pm - 3:30pm in the Culinary Discovery Lab of the Food Sciences Building (room #2379).
Come learn how to make queso fresco in your own kitchen, by working in teams of 4. Each person will get to uniquely season and take home their approximately 1/2 lb portion of queso fresco.
There is no strict age limit for this workshop, but we do ask that children are accompanied by an adult.
Sign up for the workshop closes at 8am on Wednesday, March 18th.
